Our Legacy
Coastal Property Partners is a boutique Real Estate firm founded by Chandler Spawr. Chandler was born in New Orleans and grew up in the Southeast. He attended Brevard College in the mountains of North Carolina and later finished his studies at UNC- Charlotte where he majored in Land Use Planning. The Land Use Planning career would have to be put on hold while he and his wife opened a restaurant in Downtown Charlotte. During the few breaks he got from the restaurant business, he would always spend time at the Outer Banks, fishing and relaxing. After 15 years, they sold the restaurant and decided to call the Outer Banks home. For the past 25 years Chandler has been a top producer helping clients with their investment decisions. He specializes in investment rental property in the Northern Outer Banks areas of Nags Head, Southern Shores, Duck and Corolla. In the rare event he is not helping clients, he enjoys fishing, boating, woodworking and gardening.
